Hiram Blauvelt Acquires Two Guy Coheleachs For Its Permanent CollectionThe Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum in Oradell, New Jersey has acquired two paintings by American artist Guy Coheleach for its permanent collection, museum board president Jame Bellis says.

The two pieces, both oils, are "Running Tiger II" and "Foxfire II".  "Guy Coheleach is known as one of the best wildlife painters in the world, revered for the authenticity of his work, developed through his travels in Africa and admired by the best art critics," museum spokeswoman Deborah Hurley said. 

Coheleach (b. 1933) has received the Award of Excellence eight times from the Society of Animal Artists
